Re-Gen Wellness Products Acquired by BioProspect Limited

On 10 August 2009 Re-Gen Wellness Products Pty Ltd was acquired by BioProspect Limited (ASX:BPO) thus facilitating BioProspect’s expansion into natural healthcare and skin care products and greatly enhancing the support to Re-Gen products.

BioProspect is an Australian publicly listed company based in Brisbane and specializing in the development and marketing of natural essential oils into a range of markets including human and animal health and nutrition. BioProspect will continue to work with existing Re-Gen staff and collaborators in supplying and marketing Re-Gen products to the Australian and overseas health and beauty care markets.
